Report content

To report an intimate image shared without consent, content that sexualizes a minor, or other content you believe is unlawful on a Pals service, email us. We act on valid reports within 48 hours of receiving them.

hello@aistudio.works

What to send

Where the content is: a link, or enough detail for us to find it. Your signature: your full name, typed, is enough. A statement that you believe in good faith the image was shared without consent, or why the content is unlawful. How to reach you. If you report for someone else, say that you may act for them.

What happens next

We open your report the moment it arrives. Within 48 hours of receiving a valid report, we remove the content and any identical copies from every place Pals hosts it, or tell you why we cannot, for example when Pals does not host it. If something is missing, we ask, and your report stays open.

In the app

A Report action is coming to the app. Until then, email us. Your own conversations, memories and files are private to you: you can delete them in the app at any time.

Child sexual abuse material

Report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org, and tell us where it is. Please do not send us copies of the images.

Intimate images elsewhere

StopNCII.org can help stop intimate images from being shared on participating platforms, without sending the images to anyone.

What we keep

A record of each report and what we decided. Your contact details are used only to handle your report, and deleted a year after our decision.

Quick answers

Can I report an unwanted email or call from a Pal?
